Anxiety
Constant worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, panic attacks, or free-floating dread. Whether your anxiety is about specific situations or feels pervasive and unexplained, we'll work to understand what's driving it and develop tools to find relief.

Depression
Persistent sadness, loss of interest in things you used to enjoy, difficulty getting out of bed, feeling numb or empty, or struggling to see a path forward. Depression is exhausting—therapy provides support and practical strategies for finding your way back to yourself.

Life Transitions
Career changes, relationship changes, becoming a parent, losing a parent, moving, retirement, or any major shift that's left you feeling unmoored. Transitions—even positive ones—can trigger unexpected emotions. We'll navigate these together.

Identity & Belonging
Questioning who you are, feeling like you don't fit anywhere, struggling with cultural or religious identity, or feeling disconnected from yourself. This is especially common for diaspora communities and those living between cultures.

Relationship Difficulties
Patterns that keep repeating in relationships, difficulty with intimacy, feeling lonely even in relationships, or struggling with boundaries. While I specialize in couples therapy, I also work individually with people navigating relationship concerns.

Grief & Loss
Death of a loved one, end of a relationship, loss of a job, or grieving the life you imagined. Grief is complex and non-linear—I provide space to process loss at your own pace.

Work & Career Stress
Burnout, conflict with colleagues, feeling unfulfilled, or uncertainty about your professional path. Work stress often reflects deeper questions about meaning and identity.

Trauma
Past experiences that continue to affect you—whether childhood experiences, single traumatic events, or ongoing difficult circumstances. I provide trauma-informed care in a safe, paced way.
