For Children (Ages 5-12)
I use play therapy—a natural way for children to express feelings they can't put into words. Through games, drawing, storytelling, and creative activities, children process emotions and develop coping skills in a way that feels safe and natural.
For Adolescents (Ages 13-18)
I offer talk therapy tailored to teen development and concerns. I respect teens as individuals with their own perspectives, creating a confidential space where they can be honest without judgment.
