How I Can Help Children
Emotional Difficulties
Your child seems sad, worried, or easily overwhelmed. They're having meltdowns, nightmares, or expressing fears that interfere with daily life. Through play therapy and age-appropriate techniques, we'll help them process and express difficult emotions.
Behavioral Concerns
Tantrums, defiance, aggression, or acting out at home or school. We'll explore what's driving the behavior and develop strategies that work for your family.
Social Challenges
Difficulty making friends, social anxiety, or conflict with peers. We'll build social skills and confidence in a supportive environment.
School Issues
Refusing to go to school, struggling academically despite ability, or conflicts with teachers. We'll address underlying concerns and develop coping strategies.
Family Changes
Divorce, a new sibling, moving, or other transitions affecting your child. Therapy helps children process change and adjust to new circumstances.
Trauma & Loss
Experiencing or witnessing something frightening, or grieving a loss. I provide trauma-informed care to help children heal.
